In October 31^st, the launching ceremony of the construction of domestic mobile payment demonstration scenes for foreign individuals themed on "Encounter of foreigners and Yiwu, Enjoy payment conveniences" was held in Yiwu International Trade City, marking the official landing of the first demonstration scene of domestic mobile payment for foreign individuals in Zhejiang.

10月31日下午，以“义外邂逅 尽享支付便利”为主题的境外个人境内移动支付示范场景建设启动仪式在义乌市国际商贸城举行，这标志着浙江首个境外个人境内移动支付示范场景正式落地。

Foreign individuals can use Alipay (international version), UnionPay App (international version) or bind their foreign bank cards with the UnionPay-cooperating foreign wallet app to scan the code and make payment in the pilot stores, thereby allowing tourists and foreign residents to China to enjoy the convenience of domestic mobile payment services.

境外个人可使用支付宝（国际版）、云闪付（国际版）或者银联合作的境外钱包绑定境外银行卡，在试点商家进行扫码支付，让来华游客及境外常驻人员享受国内便利的移动支付服务。

As the largest partner of UnionPay, BC Card's mobile payment app "Paybooc" has developed and completed the overseas QR code payment function as early as 2019, which can be used in all UnionPay merchants in China.

At present, more than 100 merchants in Yiwu support domestic mobile payment for foreign individuals, which involves foreigner-frequented specialized restaurants, hotels, key shopping areas, large supermarkets and complexes, and special blocks, and covers "clothing, food, housing, transportation, entertainment" and other consumption scenarios.

目前，义乌地区已有百余家商户支持受理境外个人境内移动支付，涉及境外人士高频消费的特色餐饮、酒店、重点商圈、大型商超和综合体、特色街区，涵盖“衣、食、住、行、娱”等消费场景。
