Coincidentally, it was the birthday of Jung Yong Hwa - a Korean singer and actor on June 22.  Expresspay Card (full name: Zhongyintong Payment Commerce Co., Ltd.) carries out thematic birthday activities in respect of “Jung Yong Hwa cards” issued last year. From June 21 to July 21, anyone purchasing any 1 Jung Yong Hwa card from channels of “Expresspay Card” (including APP and H5) will get Jung Yong Hwa’s peripherals for free. In addition, users who make purchases from the online shopping mall of “Expressway Card” will also get these peripherals free of charge. Peripherals signed by Jung Yong Hwa will be freely sent to one of these users by draw.

6月22日，恰逢韩国歌手及演员-郑容和生日。中银通（全称：中银通支付商务有限公司）针对去年发行的“郑容和卡”开展生日主题活动。6月21日至7月21日期间，在“中银通”渠道（包含APP、H5商城）购买任意1张郑容和卡，可获赠郑容和周边。此外，在“中银通”线上购物商城使用郑容和卡消费的用户，也可获赠郑容和周边，并抽取1名赠送郑容和签名版周边。

BC Card Shanghai (full name: BC Card (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. operates a WeChat official account named “Fun Korean” and a microblog account known as “BC Card”. Throughout years of operations, it has built a pool of customers with great enthusiasm for travel, shopping and celebrities. For marketing “Jung Yong Hwa cards”, it brings its resource strengths into play, and conducts its marketing campaigns through WeChat and microblog.

Expresspay Card, a joint venture jointly established by the Bank of China and China UnionPay, issues prepaid cards up to financial standards. It makes it convenient for people to make small-sum payments across industries and regions. It also promotes all-purpose cards. “Expresspay Card - Jung Yong Hwa prepaid cards” are anonymous magnetic stripe cards. They may be used by domestic and foreign special nominated merchants of UnionPay for consumption. For these cards, services such as withdrawal, transfer and charging are unavailable.

中银通是由中国银行与中国银联共同成立的合资公司，发行金融标准预付卡，支持跨行业跨地区小额便民支付及一卡通用。“中银通-郑容和预付卡”为不记名磁条卡产品，可在境内外银联特约商户进行消费。该卡不提供取现、转账、充值等服务。

BC Shanghai and Expresspay Card have started their cooperation from 2015.In December 2015, both parties held a ceremony for issuing “Fun Korean cards”, which were the first prepaid cards formally issued for Chinese tourists visiting Korea. They cooperated with Korean merchants such as The Shilla (duty free) to make preferences available, including duty-free shopping in Korea, supermarkets and convenience stores.

BC上海与中银通于2015年开始合作业务。2015年12月，双方在上海举办“玩转韩国卡”发行仪式”，正式发行第一款针对访韩中国游客的预付卡。与新罗免税店等韩国商户合作，提供韩国免税购物、超市、便利店等优惠。

Later in April 2016, under the lead of UnionPay International, BC Shanghai and Expresspay Card issued the first co-branded prepaid cards - “CNBLUE cards” (with 5 card patterns) endorsed by several celebrities together with CNBLUE - one of Korean groups. In June 2018, it issued the first “thematic Jung Yong Hwa birthday cards” (with 2 card patterns). In November, the first “cards with cartoon images of Jung Yong Hwa” (with 4  card patterns) were issued. In June 2021, Expresspay Card issued the fourth edition of “Jung Yong Hwa cards” (with 4 card patterns). To promote card issue and consumption, exquisite gifts (including small cards, envelopes, greeting cards, bookmarks, packaging boxes and birthday cards) and  Jung Yong Hwa’s official peripherals will be freely sent to card buyers and consumers.

此后，于2016年4月，在银联国际牵头下，BC上海与中银通携手韩国CNBLUE组合发行中银通首款明星联名预付卡-“CNBLUE卡”（共5款卡面）。2018年6月，发行首款“郑容和 生日主题卡”（共2款卡面）；11月发行首款“郑容和 卡通形象卡”（共4款卡面）。2021年6月，中银通发行第四版“郑容和卡”（共4款卡面）。为促进发卡及消费，针对购卡及消费的客户，赠送精心设计的小卡、信封、贺卡、书签、钥匙链、包装盒、生日贺卡等礼品以及郑容和官方周边。

BC Shanghai and Expresspay Card will continue conducting cooperation. In addition to issuing prepaid cards, planning market campaigns and promoting cards, they desire to expand their cooperation in more fields, in order to provide Chinese and Korean customers with more expedient and diverse payment services.
