数字人民币正在飞速发展。从2019年底到2022年不到3年的时间里，数字人民币几乎完成了蜕变。

e-CNY is developing at an unprecedented speed, and has almost completed a qualitative leap in just three years from the end of 2019 to 2022.

如下为最新披露的数字人民币试点情况：

The newly disclosed e-CNY pilot is as follows:

1. 累计交易金额约123亿美元

The cumulative transaction amount is about US $12.3 billion

截至今年5月31日，15个省市的试点地区通过数字人民币累计交易笔数约2.64亿笔，金额约830亿人民币（约123亿美元），支持数字人民币支付的商户门店数量达到456.7万个。

The cumulative number of transactions through e-CNY in pilot areas in 15 provinces and cities was about 264 million as of May 31 this year, about RMB 83 billion (about US $12.3 billion), and the number of merchant stores supporting e-CNY payment was as high as 4.567 million.

2. 试点测试范围扩大

The scope of pilot test continues to expand

试点地区从最初的“4+1”拓展到15个省市的23个。试点城市包括北京、天津、河北（张家口、雄安新区）、大连、上海、苏州、浙江（杭州、宁波、温州、湖州、绍兴、金华等）、福建（福州、厦门等）、青岛、长沙、广东（广州、深圳）、海南省、重庆、成都、西安等。

The pilot areas of e-CNY have expanded from the initial "4+1" to 23 in 15 provinces and cities, including Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei (Zhangjiakou, Xiong'an New Area), Dalian, Shanghai, Suzhou, Zhejiang (Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wenzhou, Huzhou, Shaoxing, Jinhua, etc.), Fujian (Fuzhou, Xiamen, etc.), Qingdao, Changsha, Guangdong (Guangzhou, Shenzhen), Hainan Province, Chongqing, Chengdu, Xi'an, etc.

3. 运营机构扩大至10家

The number of e-CNY operating institutions has expanded to 10

数字人民币运营机构为工商银行、农业银行、中国银行、建设银行、交通银行、邮储银行、招商银行、网商银行（支付宝）、微众银行（微信支付）、兴业银行。

The e-CNY operating institutions are Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications, Postal Savings Bank of China, China Merchants Bank, MYbank (Alipay), WeChat Bank (WeChat payment), and Industrial Bank.

4. 试点场景已超过800万个

8million+ pilot scenarios

试点已经涵盖了支付系统的所有领域。特别是北京冬奥会为数字人民币提供了全场景试点，涵盖了食、住、行、游、购、娱、医等七大重点领域需求，同时也成功在香港地区试点了跨境支付。截至2021年12月31日，数字人民币试点场景已超过808.51万个。

The pilot has covered all areas of the payment system. The Beijing Winter Olympics has also provided a full scene pilot for e-CNY, covering the needs of seven key areas, including food, housing, transportation, tourism, shopping, entertainment and medicine, which has also successfully piloted cross-border payment in Hong Kong. As of December 31, 2021, the number of e-CNY pilot scenarios had exceeded 8,085,100.
